Ian will be 4 years old on April 1st. He is in Russia, and of African descent. The approximate cost is $27,000. He is HEALTHY and an orphanage favorite! Oh my, is he just not gorgeous! My heart melts every time I look at him. Please help bring him home! Help him find his forever family! Once he is transferred, he will be UNADOPTABLE!
